Pilots and aviation professionals come to our workshops to improve how they plan and navigate flights. Over multiple days of expert-led training and hands-on exercises, you’ll pick up practical skills you can use right away. It’s a chance to fly smarter and get more out of every flight.

Advanced ForeFlight Training Workshop

$800 per member; companions attend free of charge.
Workshop overview
Classroom sessions on Thursday, February 26, and Friday, February 27th will be held at the ForeFlight Austin office, located at 1801 E 6th St, Suite 400, Austin, TX 78702, in our training room and will begin promptly at 8:00 am. Lunch will be provided on-site both days, and dinner will also be provided on Thursday evening.
Additionally, a dedicated training session for CJP Companions on Thursday morning will provide non-pilots with practical cockpit-support tips; additional companion activity ideas in the Austin area will be provided.

Arrival & welcome dinner | Wednesday, February 25
Arrive in Austin, meet the ForeFlight team, and get settled before joining your hosts and fellow attendees for a welcome dinner sponsored by Tamarack Aerospace. Enjoy a casual meal and the warm hospitality of ForeFlight and Tamarack experts - an ideal opportunity to connect with fellow aviators, exchange experiences, and discuss the latest innovations in safety, performance, and efficiency.
Workshop day one | Thursday, February 26
Start the morning with coffee and pastries before diving into focused ForeFlight training. We’ll cover initial setup, aircraft profiles, and core preflight tools.
Workshop day two | Friday, February 27
Continue building your skills with advanced IFR planning, diversion scenarios, and in-flight features. After lunch with ForeFlight’s Product Management team, you’ll work through post-flight tools, logs, Debrief, and new feature walk-throughs.
